Includes 1 12x12 stall, Purina feed twice a day, 2 flakes of quality hay 2 times a day, supplements given at your request and provided by you as instructed on the container or by the vet/farrier, fresh water at least twice a day in stalls, water buckets emptied once a day, water buckets scrubbed out once a week, water troughs dumped and scrubbed out once a week, stalls cleaned at least once a day, stalls stripped and re-bedded once a week, daily turnout weather permitting, blanketing services (up to 2 blankets i.e. sheet and blanket), fly protection for turn out, automatic fly sprayer in the stall, use of the 95’x195’ outdoor arena, and staff living on the premises to tend to your horses and bring them in if it storms.

Late fee after the 10th of every month - $25

(subject to temperament and behavior of horse) Monthly prices are for the services performed every day of the month. Other arrangements can be made. Our formula for figuring the value of monthly services is (price for one day x number of days a week service is performed x 4.33 (to account for months with 5 weeks) and then we give a discount for higher level of services.) We show you the actual cost it would be without the discount so you can see what you are saving.

(When they are brought in from the field and in the morning on days they have to stay in due to weather) - $2 a day / $30 a month (monthly saves $30.62) (You must provide a hoof pick of our choice. They range from $2 to $4. They have the brush on one side and a flat to slightly round pick not the sharply pointed ones.)

(you must provide the equipment. We do this to prevent spread of any fungus or any other organism to other horses. It is the same as not using someone else’s hair brush. You might share it with your mom or husband but not a stranger.)

1 hour for private lessons with an outside instructor - $10
